Digital content IP Network co. Rusk Media to raise Rs.74-Cr from New Emerging Technologies Fund, Woo
New Delhi-based digital content IP media network Rusk Media is raising INR 74 crore (USD 8.5 million) in a Series B round from New Emerging Technologies Fund (INR 16.5 crore), Woori Venture Partners (INR 15 crore), LC Nueva Investment Partners (INR 15 core), Yashaa Global Capital (INR 10 crore). The rest will come from Info Edge, LetsVenture, and Nodwin Gaming.Rusk Media will issue 11,663 Series B compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at INR 63,493 each to raise the sum, which will be used for growth and working capital needs.Founded in 2019, Rusk Media is a full stack mobile first digital entertainment company with a content studio delivering premium serialized social & OTT video IPs across fiction & non-fiction targeting young adults.
Between 2019 and 2022, Rusk Media had attracted about USD 12 M from Munjal Family Office, Info Edge, Mistry Ventures, Munjal Family Office, Sprout Venture Partners, Nazara, Audacity Ventures, Info Edge, KTB Ventures, others.
