Digital entertainment startup Rusk Media raises Rs.103-Cr led by IvyCap Ventures
Delhi-based digital entertainment company Rusk Media has raised INR 103 crore in Series B funding. The round, which was a mix of primary and secondary capital, was led by IvyCap Ventures with participation from existing and new investors LC Nueva, InfoEdge Ventures, Woori Venture Partners, along with the company’s promoters and family members.Founded in 2019 by Mayank Yadav, Karanvir Sofat, and Shantanu Singh, Rusk Media conceives, produces and distributes content across social and video-streaming platforms. It claims to have released more than 50 seasons across more than 20 titles spanning fiction, reality, and live formats.The new funds will help the company build new Gen-Z entertainment IPs, drive expansion of formats to global audiences and grow the micro-drama viewership on its Alright TV app. The capital will also be used for its expansion to the USA as well as, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) markets.
Between Nov 2019 and Mar 2025, Rusk Media had attracted about USD 21 M from Info Edge, Mistry Ventures, Munjal Family Office, Sprout Venture Partners, Nazara, Audacity Ventures, KTB Ventures, LC Nueva and others.
