Digital financial services provider Navi raises $100-M from Prosus
Bengaluru-based digital financial services company Navi has raised USD 100 million from global technology investor Prosus.Founded in 2018 by Flipkart co-founder Sachin Bansal, Navi provides services across lending, mutual funds, health insurance and UPI payments. It also operates a lending business, Navi Finserv, which has crossed INR 13,000 crore in assets under management (AUM).The company plans to use the new funds to fuel growth as it prepares to file documents for an initial public offering in the current fiscal year.
Between Jan 2020 and Jul 2025, Navi Technologies had attracted about $ 77 M from IFC, Gaja Capital, Others.For FY25, Navi Technologies had reported about INR 414 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 356 Cr in Net Loss.
