Digital freight forwarder Agraga raises Rs.100-Cr from Bajaj Finserv, others

Mumbai-based Agraga , a digital freight forwarder, has raised INR 100 crore in its pre-Series B funding round, led by Bajaj Finserv Group, with participation from existing investor IvyCap Ventures and others.Co-founded in 2021 by Venkatesh Narayanaswamy and Anoop Raghavan, Agraga offers services including rail and road transport, ocean and air freight, warehousing, customs, insurance, and finance.The fresh capital will be deployed to strengthen Agraga’s cross-border-focused logistics business, expand its Less-than-Container Load (LCL) vertical, and scale its technology investments across automation, real-time visibility, and embedded financial services. The company also plans to expand presence across major Indian export clusters.

In May-23, Agraga had attracted about USD 8.51 M from Alteria Capital, IvyCap Ventures.For FY24, Agraga had reported about INR 91.28 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 19.51 Cr in Net Loss.
