Digital lender Finnable to raise Rs.31-Cr in Series B led by TVS Capital

Bengaluru-based digital lending platform Finnable is to raise INR 30.55 crore (USD 3.7 million) in a Series B funding round led by TVS Shriram Growth Fund, with participation from Malpani Retails Pvt Ltd, Harsh Anand Jain, Neha Bagaria, RoopJyot Engineering, and others.The company will issue 92,831 preference shares at INR 3,290.95 each. TVS Shriram Growth and Malpani Retails will infuse INR 19.40 crore and INR 4.70 crore, respectively, while Harsh Anand Jain, Neha Bagaria, and other investors collectively will contribute the remaining INR 6.45 crore.Founded in 2016 by Nitin Gupta, Amit Arora, and Viraj Tyagi, Finnable offers personal loans to salaried professionals.
