Digital lending platform Indifi raises $8.3 M led by ICICI Venture
Gurugram-based Indifi has raised USD 8.3 million (INR 79 crore) in a funding round led by ICICI Venture with participation from British International Investment (BII), Accel India and Parul Alok Mittal.Founded in 2015 by Alok Mittal and Siddharth Mahanot, Indifi is an online lending platform offering business loans and financial services. It offers loans to e-commerce, travel, hospitality, retail, and trading businesses by using financial products like term loans, invoice discounting, cash advances and more.The company plans to use the new funds for business expansion, infrastructure development, capital expenditure, working capital requirements and debt repayment.
Between Oct 2015 and Mar 2026, Indifi had attracted about $133 M from ICICI Venture, Accel India, Elevar Equity, British International Investment , DFC, Flourish Ventures, Omidyar Network, CX Partners, Finnfund, BlackSoil Capital, SIDBI VC , Northern Arc Capital and others.For FY25, Indifi had reported about Rs.93.57 Cr in Operating Income and about Rs.24.51 Cr in Net Loss.
