Digital payments platform for MSMEs Mintoak raises Rs.71-Cr led by Z3 Partners

Mumbai-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform Minotak , focused on merchant services, has raised INR 71 crore in a secondary investment from Z3 Partners which will acquire a minority stake in the company.Co-founded by Raman Khanduja in 2017, Mintoak powers digital payments and engagement solutions for MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) and banks. It uses real time analytics to bridge the gap between banks and small businesses globally. The platform claims to serve over 3 million merchants through 3 Billion annualized transactions.

Between Jan-20 and Jan-23, Minotak had raised about USD 22 M from Pravega Ventures, British International Investment , HDFC Bank, PayPal, Pravega Ventures, White Whale Ventures, others.
