Digital payments player Pine Labs raises $50-M from Vitruvian Partners
Digital payments unicorn Pine Labs has raised USD 50 million from London-based private equity major Vitruvian Partners at a valuation of just over USD 5 Billion. This includes a USD 15 million ESOP (employee stock ownership programme) buyback at the Noida and Singapore-based unicorn ahead of its planned IPO (initial public offering) in the US.
