Digital realty platform Alt DRX raises Rs.23-Cr from angels, others
Bengaluru-based Alt DRX , a startup focused on ‘tokenised’ digital real estate, has raised INR 23 crore (USD 2.7 million) in a new round from Qatar Development Bank, WeFounder Circle Angel Fund, and nX Capital. Angel investors Harsha Bhogle (cricket commentator), Parthasarathy (founder, Mindtree), and Richard Rekhy (former KPMG India CEO) were among the other participants.The funds will be used for customer acquisition and to strengthen technology.Alt DRX enables customers to buy and sell tokenized residential properties one square foot at a time, on the back of algorithmic daily pricing, instant settlements, and blockchain-powered transparency.
