Dil Foods raises Rs.72-Cr led by Bikaji Foods Family Office
Bengaluru-based foodtech startup Dil Foods has raised Rs.72-Cr in a Series B funding round led by the Bikaji Foods Family Office. The round also saw participation from V3 Ventures, MJV Ventures and Alteria Capital.Founded in 2022 by Arpita Aditi, Dil Foods operates a network of nine virtual restaurant brands including Khichdi Bar, Bihari Bowl and House of Andhra. The startup partners with local restaurants that have spare production capacity to prepare and deliver meals under its brands via platforms like Swiggy and Zomato. Currently, the company collaborates with over 200 restaurant partners across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.The startup plans to use the new funds to expand its presence into Tier I and Tier II cities, launch additional regional cuisines, and strengthen its back-end production and supply chain capabilities.
Between Jul 2023 and Oct 2025, Dil Foods had attracted about USD 7.24 M from Mount Judi Ventures, Alteria Capital, Verlinvest, and others.For FY25, Dil Foods had reported about INR 89 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 10 Cr in Net Loss.
