Dispute resolution enabler Presolv360 raises $4.7 M led by Elevation Capital
Presolv360 , a Mumbai-based online dispute resolution platform, has raised USD 4.7 million led by Elevation Capital to expand its services beyond mediation and arbitration. Existing investor MGA Ventures and several angels also participated in the funding round.The company aims to enhance its legal-tech infrastructure and replicate its existing systems for various dispute workflows. Founded in 2017 by Bhaven Shah, Namitha Shah, and Aman Sanghavi, Presolv360 primarily works with banks and fintech companies, offering tech-enabled solutions for resolving disputes outside traditional court proceedings.The startup plans to use the fresh funding to expand into other forms of dispute resolution and improve its legal-tech infrastructure.
