Driving education platform Lane raises Rs.8.5 Cr led by Kae Capital

Bengaluru-based Lane has raised INR 8.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Kae Capital. The transaction saw participation from DeVC, Antler India, Panthera Peak, and other angel investors.Founded in 2025, Lane operates a driving education and mobility platform. Its services include structured driving lessons, end-to-end RTO (Regional Transport Office) and licensing support, and a driver intelligence platform.The company plans to use the fresh funds for geographic expansion, including scaling its instructor network across Bengaluru and other Tier 1 cities, developing sensor technology, and expanding into car ownership services.
