Drone maker BonV Aero raises Rs.14-Cr from Tim Draper

Bengaluru-based drone maker BonV Aero has raised USD 1.6 million (INR 14 crore) from American venture capitalist Tim Draper.Founded by Satyabrata Satapathy, BonV Aero provides aerial vehicles for both goods and passenger transportation tailored for challenging terrains such as the Himalayas. It is a supplier to the Indian Army and specialises in drones that can fly high, capable of vertical takeoff and self-flying.

In Jan 2024, BonV Aero raised INR 6 crore in a round led by Inflection Point Ventures .
