Drone maker IG Defence raises $5-M from Family Offices, existing investors
Delhi-based IG Defence (formerly IG Drones) has raised USD 5 million (INR 46.2 crore) in an ongoing pre-Series A funding round from India Accelerator, Finvolve, and various family offices, at a post-money valuation of INR 422 crore (USD 45 million).Founded in 2018 by Bodhisattwa Sanghapriya and Om Prakash, IG Defence develops drones and related technology for defence as well as civil applications.
In Oct-24 IG Drones had raised USD 1 million led by India Accelerator and other angel investors.
