Drone maker Raphe mPhibr raises $100-M led by General Catalyst

Noida-based drone startup Raphe mPhibr has raised USD 100 million in a round led by General Catalyst. The round also saw participation from existing investors, including Amal Parikh, Think Investments, and family offices.This is the largest round of private funding raised by a drone maker in India and takes Raphe mPhibr’s total capital raised to USD 145 million.Founded in 2017 Nitin Katiyar, Vivek Kumar Mishra and Vikash Kumar Mishra, Raphe mPhibr designs and manufactures a range of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), including the mR10 drone swarm platform, the mR20 high-altitude logistics drone, Bharat (a man-portable surveillance drone), and X8 (a compact maritime patrol system).

For FY24, Raphe mPhibr had reported about INR 84 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 9 Cr in PAT.
