Drone Tech firm ideaForge backs US-Based Vantage Robotics
Mumbai-based, publicly listed drone tech company ideaForge has infused USD 1.83 Mn (around INR 15.96 crore) in California (USA)-based unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) manufacturing company Vantage Robotics through compulsorily convertible promissory note.Established in 2013, Vantage Robotics designs and manufactures advanced unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) components for government and commercial clients, including US Army, FBI and NASA, among others. It is claimed to offer products with exceptional sensor capabilities, stealth, and extended flight endurance, addressing complex aerial surveillance and data dissemination needs.
