Drone-tech startup Aereo raises $15-M Series B led by 360 ONE Asset
Bengaluru-based drone startup Aereo (formerly Aarav Unmanned Systems) has raised USD 15 million in a Series B round led by 360 ONE Asset with participation from existing investors StartupXseed Ventures and Navam Capital. The funds will be used to expand the startup’s aerial intelligence solutions for capital asset management.Using indigenously developed PPK (Post Processed Kinematic) drones and proprietary software, Aereo offers verticalized data analytics solutions to mining, urban and rural development and large-scale infrastructure sectors. To date, Aereo claims to have mapped 15 million acres of land, 50+ cities, 45k+ villages and 900+ mines and stockyards.
Between Feb-16 and Aug-22, Aereo had raised over USD 3.4 M from Auxano, Anicut Capital, SiriusOne Capital, StartupXseed Ventures, 3ONE4 Capital, Others.
