Dry fruits seller Farmley raises $40-M Series C; angel investors exit

Noida-headquartered healthy snacking consumer brand Farmley has raised USD 40 million in its Series C funding round, led by global consumer investment firm L Catterton and existing investors, such as DSG Consumer Partners. The round had a small secondary component providing an exit to some angel investors. Farmley plans to use the primary proceeds to ramp up its presence in the dried fruits and nuts segment.Farmley does not operate its own stores but has a presence in offline establishments such as supermarkets. The company's revenues jumped nearly 60% to INR 370 crore in FY25.

Between Dec-19 and Aug-23, Farmley had attracted about USD 15 M from BC Jindal Group, DSG Consumer Partners, Omnivore, Trifecta Capital Insitor Fund and Alkemi Partners
