DSP Mutual Fund acquires digital lender Volt Money
Mumbai-based DSP Mutual Fund has acquired Bengaluru-based fintech startup Volt Money . Following the acquisition, the key team of Volt Money will join DSP Mutual Fund.Founded in 2022 by Lalit Bihani, Ankit Agarwal and Bharat Lamba, Volt Money collaborates with lenders and distribution partners to provide instant secured loans. The company provides credit lines ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 1 crore, with interest rates starting at 9%.
In Jun 2023, Volt Money had raised funding from Titan Capital, All In Capital, Praveen Jadhav , Aditi Kothari , Gemba Capital, Kunal Shah , and Ashish Kehair & Rahul Jain .
