E-bike rental firm Yulu raises $93-M led by GEF Capital

Bengaluru-based Yulu has raised USD 93 million (about INR 887.5 crore) in a Series C funding round led by GEF Capital Partners. The investment consists of USD 63 million in equity and USD 30 million in debt.Founded in 2017 by Amit Gupta, Naveen Dachuri, Anuj Tewari, and RK Misra, Yulu provides shared electric two-wheelers for urban commuting and last-mile delivery. The firm intends to use the fresh capital to quadruple its active fleet to 200,000 electric vehicles over the next two years.Yulu reported operating revenue of INR 237.4 crore for FY25, a 98% increase compared to the previous year.

Between Dec 2017 and Jun 2025, Yulu Bikes had attracted about USD 152-M from 3ONE4 Capital, Northern Arc Capital, Blume Ventures, Wavemaker Partners and others.
