E-bike rental firms Yulu, Bounce Infinity in talks to raise $75-M in fresh capital

Electric mobility companies Yulu and Bounce Infinity are in talks to raise USD 50-M and USD 20-25 M, respectively, to expand their electric vehicle rental fleets, following increased demand for electric vehicles from the food-delivery and quick-commerce sectors.Yulu, backed by Bajaj Auto, is currently in talks with GEF Capital and One Planet Partners. The company is seeking the capital at a valuation of approximately USD 250-M.Accel-backed Bounce previously raised $5-M in an internal round in March, which included participation from Accel, B Capital, and Qualcomm Ventures.

Between Dec 2017 and Jun 2025, Yulu Bikes had attracted about $152-M from 3ONE4 Capital, Northern Arc Capital, Blume Ventures, Wavemaker Partners, Others.For FY25, Yulu Bikes had reported about INR 224 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 109 Cr in Net Loss.Between Jun 2018 and Dec 2025, Bounce had attracted about $230-M from Accel India, Peak XV Partners, Alpha Wave Global, B Capital Group, Chiratae Ventures, InnoVen Capital, Others.For FY25, Bounce had reported about INR 0.75 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 8 Cr in Net Loss.
