E-commerce accelerator Assiduus Global raises $25-M led by Bajaj FinServ
Bengaluru-based AI-SaaS startup Assiduus Global has raised USD 25 million (INR 233 crore) in a pre-Series B round led by Bajaj FinServ with participation from Uncorrelated Ventures, Aaruda Technology Fund, and other institutional investors and family offices.Founded in 2018 by Somdutta Singh, Assiduus acts as an accelerator for e-commerce companies. It provides AI-led solutions for web and mobile app development, cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and digital marketing. The company claims to leverage technology to help brands launch, scale, and grow across global e-commerce marketplaces by offering end-to-end cross-border distribution, supply chain management, fulfilment, compliance, real-time performance intelligence, and digital marketing.The fresh funds will be used by the company to deepen its AI and data capabilities, including predictive demand, pricing intelligence, and working-capital optimisation. It will also accelerate global expansion in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Between Sep-20 and Oct-22, Assiduus Global had attracted about USD 16 M from Pulsar Capital, Saha Fund, and others.For FY25, Assiduus Global had reported about INR 140 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.72 Cr in PAT.
