E-Commerce data platform Shoptimize acquired by S'pore-based Graas

Graas, a Singapore-headquartered startup providing brands with automated e-commerce solutions, has acquired data specialist Shoptimize. Graas has raised USD 40 million in Series A funding, part of which it has used to acquire Shoptimize and South-east Asian e-commerce enabler SELLinALL. The founders of Shoptimize and SELLinALL have joined Graas and will continue to be a part of the combined entity. The fundraise was led by Galaxy, a SPV helmed by Indonesian VC firm Kejora; Performa, an SPV helmed by a European asset manager; Yuj Ventures, Integra Partners; and AJ Capital. Some angel investors also participated in the round. Graas helps brands predict trends and deliver recommendations for performance marketing, inventory management, warehousing and last mile logistics. The startup serves over 250 customers. It has over 350 employees across 11 offices in 7 countries.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Jul-2013 and Jun-2020, Shoptimize had raised about USD 1.5 M from Saha Fund, Tandem Capital and others.
