E-commerce enabler Ace Turtle raises $5-M in bridge round led by Vertex Holdings
Bengaluru-based tech-led retailer Ace Turtle has raised USD 5 million in a bridge round from existing investor Vertex Holdings, with participation from its co-founders Brinder Singh and Nitin Chhabra.Founded in 2014, Ace Turtle offers a full stack of e-commerce operations from listing, payments, customer relationship management (CRM), and logistics to offline retail brands. It operates denim brands such as Lee, Wrangler, and G-Star Raw in India.The new funds will be used for expansion and to extend its cash runway ahead of a larger fundraising effort next year. The capital will also be used to accelerate the rollout of physical retail stores while continuing to grow its digital business.
Between May 2017 and May 2023, Ace Turtle had attracted about USD 44 M from CapitaLand, Vertex, InnoVen Capital, SBI Ven Capital, Stride Ventures, Trifecta Capital, Tuscan Ventures and others.
