E-commerce enabler Boundless Brands raises $2.5 M
US-headquartered e-commerce enabler Boundless Brands has raised USD 2.5 million in a seed funding round from US and India-based angel investors. The startup plans to invest USD 1 million to build its e-commerce platform and USD 500,000 in developing beverage products. The remaining USD 1 million will be spent on marketing, sales partnerships, and social media. Boundless also plans to onboard more than 1,000 third-party F&B brands in the coming two years on its platform. Founded in 2023 by Sandeep Agarwal, founder of Droom and ShopClues, and a Silicon Valley executive Nagendra Shukla, Boundless offers services including technology, catalog, digital marketing, payment, fulfilment, and customer support to food and beverage (F&B) brands.
