The round was led by Prateek Toshniwal, Mehul Shah, Nine Spar, and others. The fundraise represents a bridge round in its ongoing pre-series A round. The funds raised will be used to hire talent to help expand the business. A part of the funds will also be used to strengthen the technology platform, onboard OEMs with leasing plans, for innovation and for improvements in battery technology, V2G (vehicle to grid technology) and smart charging infrastructure. Indeanta began its operation in December 2020 with in-campus mobility services, including electric buggies, electric scooters, electric bicycles and electric cars.
