Early-stage fund Capital-A to raise Rs.200-Cr second fund
Early-stage venture fund Capital A has initiated talks for its second fund aiming for a corpus of INR 200 crore. The new fund will be anchored by the former promoter of plastic manufacturer Manjushree Technopack Ankit Kedia. The fund will invest in areas such as mobility and electric vehicles space, fintech, creator economy companies and live commerce. The fund will also write larger cheques - between USD 500,000 and USD 1 million - as compared to Fund 1 where the cheque size averages between USD 50,000 and USD 500,000.
