EaseMyTrip to acquire 5% stake in B2B travel portal E-Trav Tech for Rs.33-Cr
New Delhi-hased, publicly listed EaseMyTrip is to invest INR 33 crore (USD 3.9 million) in Mumbai-based B2B (business-to-business) travel portal E-Trav Tech Ltd in return for a 4.94% stake.E-Trav Tech Ltd provides travel API to businesses which allow travel companies to offer competitive travel deals and content from global travel suppliers.
