E-commerce brands venture Evenflow in talks to raise $7-M

Mumbai-based Evenflow is in talks to raise USD 6-7 million. Evenflow will acquire and scale third-party brands that sell on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. Among others, Elevation Capital and Stellaris Venture Partners are in early-stage talks to invest in Evenflow which is likely to be valued at USD 20-22 million in the new round. Evenflow has a presence in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi.
