Edelweiss Alternatives acquires Pune office park with 1-M sq ft leasable area

EAAA, the alternatives arm of Edelweiss, has acquired a Grade A office park in Pune spanning approximately 1 mn sq ft of gross leasable area through its Rental Yield Plus fund. The transaction expands the fund’s total commercial office portfolio to 5.2 mn sq ft, with properties located across Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Pune.Rental Yield Plus is a commercial real estate fund that focuses on institutional-grade office assets. The Pune asset represents the fifth investment for the fund and its first in the state of Maharashtra. The office park is currently 95% occupied.
