Edelweiss ARC sells 3.4% stake in Ind-Swift Laboratories for Rs.20-Cr

Edelweiss India Special Situations Fund II has sold 2,016,443 equity shares (3.41% stake) at INR 100.24 per share of publicly listed Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd on 28-03-2024 through a bulk deal on the NSE. The sale aggregates to INR 20.21 Crore.
