Edelweiss fund acquires 11 toll roads from Ashoka Group for Rs.2,324-Cr

Publicly listed infrastructure company Ashoka Buildcon Ltd (ABL) has sold off 11 toll roads to two funds - Infrastructure Yield Plus II and Infrastructure Yield Plus IIA - managed by EAAA India Alternatives Ltd (formerly known as Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Ltd) for INR 2,324 crore.
