Edelweiss prepares to list alternative assets arm
Edelweiss Financial Services' alternative assets arm Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Ltd (EAAA) is planning for an IPO which will be an offer for sale and help the parent firm cut its debt. Axis Capital is advising on the issue.
