Edtech co K12 Techo attracts $27-M from Venturi Partners

Venturi Partners has acquired a 5.12% stake worth USD 27 million (INR 225.18 crore) in Bengaluru-headquartered K12 Techno Services from Navneet Learning LLP, a subsidiary of publicly listed Navneet Education Ltd. Following the transaction, Navneet Learning - which had invested INR 118.59 crore in K12 Techno - will have a 14.35% stake in the company.Besides Navneet, current shareholders in K12 Techno Services include Peak XV Partners, Kedaara Capital and Sofina Ventures.K12 Techno claims to provide full-stack education-related services to over 800 private educational institutions with more than 300,000 students enrolled across these educational institutions across India, under multiple brands.
