Edtech co. PhysicsWallah invests Rs.1.5 Cr to up stake in Kay Lifestyle & Wellness
Noida-based, publicly listed edtech unicorn PhysicsWallah has increased its stake in Kay Lifestyle and Wellness Pvt Ltd, which operates as Kamya Yoga & Wellness . This involved a second tranche investment of INR 1.5 crore for 300 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS), bringing PhysicsWallah's fully diluted shareholding to 41.18%.Founded in January 2025, Kay Lifestyle and Wellness provides services in yoga, meditation, and nutrition. The company reported a turnover of INR 1.17 crore for the period ending December 31, 2025.PhysicsWallah had previously completed a first tranche of investment, acquiring 1 equity share and 399 Series Seed CCPS. The agreements allow PhysicsWallah to subscribe to up to 999 CCPS, potentially increasing its ownership in Kay Lifestyle to 50% on a fully diluted basis.
