Edtech firm Byju's attracts $150-M from Asmaan Ventures, Mirae, ARK Ncore: report
Bengaluru-based edtech unicorn Byju's has raised around USD 150 million from Asmaan Ventures, Mirae Asset, and ARK Ncore. Asmaan Ventures has invested INR 921.7 crore followed by Mirae Asset and ARK Ncore which have invested INR 138 crore and INR 34.5 crore respectively via allotment of Series F preference shares at INR 285,072 each. Post-allotment, the promoters' equity will be diluted to 22.97%.
