Ulipsu, a Bengaluru-based multi-skill learning platform, has raised USD 3.2 million, closing the pre-Series A round at USD 5.7 million. Existing investors, along with high-networth individuals from the Middle East and Canada, participated in it. The round also saw a secondary sale of USD 225,000 for the seed investors. Ulipsu plans to use the primary funds to expand its footprint in domestic and global markets, diversify its product portfolio and acquire talent. Launched in 2022, Ulipsu offers a plug-and-play learning infrastructure that enables schools to introduce skills like art and craft, language and communication, coding, artificial intelligence, finance and entrepreneurship to their students. The company claims that it is being used in over 200 schools across India. It is targeting to onboard more than 1,000 schools by the end of this academic year.
