Edtech startup Arivihan raises $10-M led by Accel India, Prosus Ventures

Indore-based Arivihan has raised USD 10 million in a Series A funding round co-led by existing investors Accel India and Prosus with participation from angel investors including Dinesh Chandra Agrawal, Dinesh Gulati, Rajesh Sawhney, and Gaurav Kapur. The transaction involved the issuance of 4,648 Series A CCPS at an issue price of INR 2,06,248.06 per share.Founded in 2024 by Ritesh Singh Chandel, Sonu Kumar, and Rushabh Kothari, the company provides AI-powered personalized learning services, including coaching and doubt-solving, for students in tier-II cities and rural areas.The company plans to use the new capital to meet working capital requirements and support its expansion and growth.
