Educational games platform Kalam Labs raises $450-K from Lightspeed, Y Combinator
New Delhi-based Elixar Systems which operates a live streaming platform for educational games under the brand Kalam Labs has raised a pre-seed round of USD 450,000 from Lightspeed and Y Combinator. The company is going through the US-based Y Combinator's accelerator program. Kalam Labs is aimed at streaming educational games for children from kindergarten through high school. It wants to build a “metaverse for science,†starting with fun virtual content for those 6-14 so they can learn science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
