Elan Group raises Rs.1,200-Cr from Kotak Real Estate Fund
Gurugram-based Elan Group has raised INR 1,200 crore from Kotak Real Estate Fund.Elan Group, founded by Rakesh Kapoor, Ravish Kapoor and Akash Kapoor, is involved in both commercial and residential projects.
Between Aug 2022 and Dec 2022, Elan Group had raised about USD 110 M from Pacific Alliance Group.
