Elan Group raises Rs.140-Cr from BGO-AB Group fund
Gurugram-based developer Elan Group has raised INR 140 crore in debt from BGO and Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC.Founded by Rakesh Kapoor, Ravish Kapoor and Akash Kapoor, Elan Group develops both commercial and residential projects.
Between Aug 2022 and Jul 2025, Elan Group had attracted about USD 282-M from Pacific Alliance Group, Kotak Realty and Piramal Finance.
