Elder care provider Maitys raises funding
Kolkata-based Maitys , an elder care startup, has raised its first angel funding round through the Favcy Venture Builders platform.Founded in 2020 by Manoj Maity and co-founder Saurav Bhattacharjee, Maitys has developed its proprietary platform, MaityS ElderTech, to offer app-based, on-demand elder care services. These services include healthcare coordination, emergency support, and technology-enabled caregiving solutions. The startup, which began operations in Kolkata, has expanded its presence to over 30 cities across India.The fresh capital will be used to strengthen the firm’s technology infrastructure, enhance city-level operations, and accelerate its expansion across India.
