Electric 2-wheeler maker Corrit raises Rs.5-Cr
Greater Noida-headquartered Corrit Electric, a maker of multi-purpose electric scooters, has raised INR 5 crore from Porush Jain, the founder of Sportskeeda.com. Corrit will use the funds to expand operations and further its research and development initiatives.Founded in 2019, Corrit is backed by Times Group, SphitiCap and other institutional investors. It has manufacturing units at Greater Noida and Palwal, Haryana. The firm plans to distribute vehicles across 23+ states and 100+ cities.
