Electric 3-wheeler maker Omega Seiki Mobility to raise Rs.125-Cr in pre-IPO funding
Faridabad-based Omega Seiki Mobility has initiated a pre-IPO funding round, seeking to raise INR 125 crore to support its business expansion. The company, which is preparing for a public listing by the end of the next financial year, aims to finalise this funding round by the end of the current quarter.Founded by Uday Narang, the firm manufactures the Rage+ cargo electric three-wheeler and Stream City passenger electric three-wheeler. The company plans to deploy the new funds to expand its operations across electric two-, three-, and four-wheeler segments.The firm recorded revenue of approximately INR 330 crore in FY26 and projects this to reach INR 450 crore in FY27. The company has primarily funded its operations through promoter capital, with Japan-based Exedy Corporation serving as its only strategic investor.
For FY25, Omega Seiki had reported about INR 294 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 2 Cr in PAT.
