Electric 3-wheeler maker Omega Seiki raises Rs.100-Cr in two funding rounds

New Delhi-based Omega Seiki Mobility has raised INR 100 crore in two back-to-back funding rounds within a month. The most recent INR 50 crore tranche was led by SKG Asset Management and Unistone Capital, with participation from the Sanjeev Agarwal and Brijesh Parekh family offices. A prior INR 50 crore round in late July included Securocorp Securities, the Saket Aggarwal Family Office, Sangeeta Pareekh, and Vanshika Sharma.Founded by Uday Narang, Omega Seiki Mobility manufactures electric commercial vehicles. It serves clients including Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestle. The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its manufacturing operations, invest in research and development, and grow its dealer and service network from 150 to 250 touchpoints by FY28.The firm is currently evaluating a potential move to the public markets. The firm is expected to target a public issue of between INR 400 crore and INR 500 crore.

In Jul 2026, Omega Seiki had attracted about $ 5 M from Sagun Capital, Others.For FY25, Omega Seiki had reported about INR 294 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 2 Cr in Net Loss.
