Electric bike maker Oben raises Rs.85-Cr in pre-Series B
Bangalore-based Oben Electric has raised INR 85 crore in a pre-Series B round with participation from Indo-American family offices, including those of Raj K Soin, Musa Dakri, Ramesh Bhutada, and other existing investors.Oben Electric makes electric motorcycles. The company expanded its sales channels to Amazon and Flipkart in 2025 and operates over 85 showrooms across more than 70 cities in over 18 states.The fresh funds will be used to scale the firm’s distribution network, increase brand awareness, and accelerate new product developments and launches.
Between Jul-22 and Jun-25, Oben had attracted about USD 20.50 M from Dholakia Ventures, Stride Ventures, and others.For FY24, Oben Electric had reported about INR 1.43 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 28.22 Cr in Net Loss.
