Electric mobility solutions provider BillionE raises $25-M for e-truck deployment
Vadodara-based BillionElectric Mobility (BillionE) has raised USD 25 million in a mix of equity and debt. The funding round included participation from SBI, alongside high networth individuals (HNIs) and family offices.Founded in 2021 by Sanjeev Kulkarni and Kartikey Hariyani, BillionE Mobility operates as an electric mobility-as-a-service (eMaaS) startup, providing end-to-end commercial electric vehicle logistics solutions. The company plans to deploy a significant portion of the capital to support its projected deployment of over 500 electric trucks by FY27. It also intends to invest in fleet management systems, tech platforms, and strengthen its ecosystem partnerships.This investment marks BillionE’s second major funding, following a USD 10 million seed round in 2023.
