Electrical connectors maker Tiea raises Rs.77-Cr Series A led by IvyCap
Kanakapura, Karnataka-based Tiea Connectors , a manufacturer of electrical and electronic connectors, has raised INR 77 crore in a Series A funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The round also saw participation from Jamwant Ventures, 8X Ventures and a group of high-net-worth angel investors.Founded in 2019, Tiea Connectors is an electronics system design and manufacturing startup that specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-performance connectors, contacts, and integrated connectivity solutions. The company operates a manufacturing facility in Dharwad, Karnataka, featuring in-house capabilities in tooling, stamping, molding, assembly, and testing.The new funds will be used to expand its manufacturing infrastructure, enhance research and development and product engineering capabilities, accelerate automation and technology integration, and scale operations across the electric mobility, aerospace, defense, and avionics sectors.
In May 2025, TIEA Connectors had attracted about $3 M from 8X Ventures, IvyCap Ventures, Jamwant Ventures and others.For FY25, TIEA Connectors had reported about INR 14 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 2 Lakh in PAT.
