Electronic gadgets maker Brandworks raises addnl $4-M led by Roha Family Office

Mumbai-based electronics manufacturing startup Brandworks Technologies has raised additional USD 4 million (around INR 38 crore) led by Roha Family Office, taking its total Series A round size to USD 11 million (INR 97 crore).Founded in 2017 by Nikita Kumawat and Ishwar Kumar, Brandworks manufactures audio wearables, charging devices, payment devices, power banks, GaN chargers, mini soundbars, UPI soundboxes, PoS devices, dash cameras, and smart car mirrors. The startup collaborates with 40 brands as their R&D design and manufacturing partners.The firm would use the newly raised capital to accelerate its global expansion, strengthen research and development capabilities in areas like AI hardware, the internet of things (IoT), and connected devices. The funds will also be used to scale its design, engineering, and operations teams and set up a design and R&D center in Taiwan, complementing its existing R&D office in Bengaluru.

In Aug 2025, Brandworks Technologies had attracted about USD 7 M from Cactus Venture Partners, GVFL and others.
