Electronic waste recycler Karo Sambhav raises Rs.56-Cr led by Rainmatter

Gurugram-based Karo Sambhav has raised INR 56 crore in a pre-series A funding round led by Rainmatter.Founded in 2017 by Pranshu Singhal, Karo Sambhav operates across electronic waste, batteries, glass, and other end-of-life material streams. The company partners with organizations such as the German Agency for International Cooperation, IFC, and the International Labour Organization to formalise the informal recycling ecosystem in India.The company plans to use the new funds to expand its recycling infrastructure for the recovery of critical, precious, and high-value materials.

For FY25, Karo Sambhav had reported about INR 150 crore in Operating Income and about INR 1.03 crore in PAT.
